  I likes being in the middle of the University Park. I had good food at this hotel and all the staff were extremely polite and charming - Excellent staff and so friendly. Clean rooms. Quiet neighborhood with excellent restaurants. Good price/quality ratio.

  We were delighted. An amazing opulent & luxury hotel in a fantastic location, with superby facilities, helpful and friendly staff, spotlessly clean throughout, sumptious rooms and exceptional value for money. We arrived couple minutes after 10 pm, and still were served our half board. Even though there was a wedding in the hotel the service made sure we are given enough attention to fill welcomed. We were also given an apartment which we actually did not expect so that was a nice surprise.

  This is the second time we have stayed here as a family. Apartment House Bulgaria suits our needs very well, easy to reach by car, but good access to the centre of the city via the tram (even with a pram) so no need to stress about driving and parking in the centre. Also Bulgaria Mall is only a 3 minute walk away for any shopping needs. The rooms ... wat mensen zeggen » are also convenient, with a bath for the little one, a kitchenette for heating milk or take-out (just need to ask for a pot and kettle if needed), a w - Staff was friendly, rooms were well appointed, cleaning staff added special touches, breakfast was abundant.
