Meals were Great and always served on time. Nothing was too much trouble. About 10 mins drive to Townsville but if you don't want to drive after a long journey there plenty off restaurants within a short walk . The staff were very helpful, excellent value for money.   We booked 2 apartments for our family, young adlts in one apartment and adults with small children in the other. We were placed next door to each other which made it fantastically easy to go from one to the other. Being so close to the Strand and the water park was the biggest selling point for us. The apartment was very roomy. Free Access to Strand Fitness was excellent

When we booked, we booked the studio, but it was so small that we couldn't even put our 2 suitcases in.   I always like to stay somewhere different and this was a great find. Brand new with a real boutique property feel. Very personalised service, and great modern rooms. I travel to TSV often and the hotels there, while OK are all becoming pretty dated so this was just what the city needed.
