  Liked everything - location, food, value for money. Best thing was the staff - they were absolutely fantastic - so friendly and helpful. Concierge/porter staff outside were so friendly and helpful, so accommodating. Would recommend Jupiters to anyone for the friendly staff alone, even without the other benefits. They made out trip so easy. Than... wat mensen zeggen » k you, in particular, to these wonderful baggage staff - they deserve a bonus or a raise! - I liked the size of the rooms but bed could be a king size for a couple, not much for free with the cost of the room only coffee, view was good I believe that in a casino doesn't matter how much the room cost should of had a free breakfast included

  The staff are always friendly and welcoming and very helpful. Mercure Townsville has a lovely feel to it with its well maintained gardens and pool area. We don't feel like we have to stay indoors, there are many places to enjoy in the grounds which makes our stay more enjoyable. - The deluxe king room was spacious with a balcony. The room had s... wat mensen zeggen » mall kitchenette. It was only a 5 minute walk to the shopping centre which had buses to the city. There were a few cafes / fast food outlets in the same block.
