  The staff were excellent. They were warm, friendly and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble and they were keen to give information on things to do, restaurants etc. The location was close to the city centre and only a couple of minutes drive from the beach, markets, restaurant strip etc. Would definitely recommend this B&B as being convenie... wat mensen zeggen » nt, comfortable, friendly and good value. - A very nice place to stay. The old house is very charming and gives you a sense of what B&B is all about. Iva and Russell are very kind and helpful in all respects. It is just a 10 minute walk away from Palmer Street and another 10 minute drive from Castle Hill look out. The breakfast is delicious, offering very good coffee (!), fresh fruits, cerials, toast and premium marmelade.

  Sonia and Dean were most helpful and really treated us as individually important - they were so helpful and friendly. The room was spotlessly clean and housekeeping impeccable. Meals were Great and always served on time. Nothing was too much trouble.   The apartment was spacious, clean and well equipped. It was in a beautiful location with a balcony overlooking the river. About 10 mins drive to Townsville but if you don't want to drive after a long journey there plenty off restaurants within a short walk . The staff were very helpful, excellent value for money.   We booked 2 apartments for our family, young adlts in one apartment and adults with small children in the other. We were placed next door to each other which made it fantastically easy to go from one to the other. Both apartments were great, if we viit Townsville again we'll definitely stay there again. o eay to walk to the beach, to the shops, to... wat mensen zeggen » the supermarket and even easier to the private pool which was quiet and simply perfect. - Checking in late and not having to pay till the morning was a Godsend, especially with small children. Being so close to the Strand and the water park was the biggest selling point for us. The apartment was very roomy. Free Access to Strand Fitness was excellent

  Location was fantastic. We could easily walk to many places including for eating and swimming. Room was a good size and had a lovely outlook onto the palms and garden. Gentleman at reception was very helpful. Great to have parking available under the building. The location was excellent very close to fantastic restaurants and we had a fantastic view from our room. The room was clean and comfortable. Having the small kitchen was very good. The staff where excellent. I would certainly stay there again and recommend the room to anyone going to Townsville.
