  We arrived from our cruise ship early in the morning and the receptionist immediatly said she would contact houskeeping and see how long it would be before we could book in. We went down town for a couple of hours and when we got back the room was ready for us. They had stored our baggage safely for us while we were away. The huge room (it was mo... wat mensen zeggen » re like an apartment) had a partial view of Darling Harbour which was great and everything was spotless. The bathrom was huge and if we had been stay - We loved how close the hotel was to everything - Darling Harbour, Town Hall Station, QVB. The hotel was well maintained, the rooms quite soundproof when the balcony doors are closed. Also loved that there was a balcony so that you were not confined to an air conditioned box - fresh air was able to be let in. Was also great that the accommmodation was an apartment so we could make our own meals if we wanted and also wash and dry clothes, which was a blessing as hwe got drenched by the rain on

  The sucurity was of high standard. Staff were welcoming and prompt. Easy to find and great access from street. Very clean and well equipped mini bar. Love the freedom of having the kitchenette in the room. Love the fact I don't have to step over and into a bath/spa to have a shower! I liked the newspaper, definitely a great extra. Very affordable ... wat mensen zeggen » and luxurious!! Didn't hear any external noise from our room. - the friendly and professional staff; the size of the studio apartment was surprisingly very large and very comfortable; the restaurant in the hotel and the cafe next door were excellent and value for money. Room was clean; bed was comfortable; shower was excellent and the radio worked! A working radio is a rarity among hotels these days

  Staff were very friendly, was a bit worried as had read a lot of negative feedback. Would recommend the place to anyone. The only criticism that I wouold have is that there is no frypan in the kitchens which meant you had to go out for breakfast each day - only one saucepan but thats a minor thing that can be easily fixed - Very close to the tr... wat mensen zeggen » ain station and not very noisy at all - loved the tiled floors as was lovely to come back to after a full on day to take shoes off to a cool tiled floor! Staff were very helpful on the number of queries that we had, and loved that it was so close to the shopping centre.
