  Easy to find, plenty of parking. Good sized room. Everything in the room worked & was nicely presented. Comfortable bed. Helpfull staff. We had a room at the back - so it was very quiet even though the motel is on a busy road (recommend to ask for this). - Staff were friendly and helpful.   Well situated for our requirements. Comfortable with excellent air conditioning considering the temperatures and humidity during our stay. - Staff was great, always helpful. The room was clean and had a nice view! Great conditions for that price and very good location!

  Location suited our purpose for trip - ie Wedding reception at Manly Golf Club. Wonderful location for Manly beach (2 min walk) & close enough to walk to all Manly' s facilities Friendly staff, clean but older facilities, suited our requirements well. - We were part of a four room group who attended a wedding at The Kiosk.
