  I loved my stay at the northern greenhouse. I was warmly greeted in reception when i arrived. I stayed in a clean, spacious 6 bed dorm with a kitchenette, fridge and ensuite. The outdoor seating area was friendly and relaxed without a party atmosphere which is exactly what I was looking for. There was great mix of people, had I known what a positive experience it would be I would still be there now! - Lockers in the rooms with sockets and a shelf to charge devices. Breakfast and WIFI included in the price. Great location, clean, nice relaxed hostel, lots of couches in the communal area, spacious dorm rooms. Very helpful staff. Best hostel I've been in so far!

Free tea / coffee etc at any time, bird watching scopes on tripods available. The hosts could not have done any more to ensure we had a wonderful time.

Great facilities including a really nice pool, large recreation room, laundry facilities, barbecue area, clean and spacious cooking area.   Great accommodation and close to GC airport. Stopped over night with my mum who's in her 70's and we were flying out next early morning. Whilst checking in to the motel the previous evening we enquired about taxis to the airport ... the manager of the motel very kindly offered to take us rather than calling a taxi...a great personal service... Wou... wat mensen zeggen » ld definitely recommend to friends and family flying from the GC. - This was my second time in the last few weeks staying at Golden Shores and like the first stay it did not disappoint. It's proximity to everything(beach, airport & some good restaurants) is excellent as well as spotless comfortable rooms. It is all that you need for a short, well priced stay.

  This is such a gorgeous cosy house! Brilliant location ten mins from the south bank. Everyone that stayed there the same time as us were all really friendly. No late noise or traffic noise. The house is lovely and our room (10) was brill, very cute almost like staying at your nans house, lovely extras as well such as free Internet. All in all can'... wat mensen zeggen » t say a bad word about the place - Relaxed, homely atmosphere. We checked in very late at night but the managers were very thoughtful and made sure we had no trouble getting in. The location is excellent. We also used the free bikes and went on a very nice early morning bike ride. Very happy with our stay.

Arrived late thro' Black and White cab driver taking us to the Waterloo Hotel, kitchen just on closing, held kitchen for us, great meal, great value. After hiring a car from the airport to attend a funeral we found the hotel had ample car parking. our room was so clean, comfortable and quiet. A great night sleep after dinner and a few drinks.
