  Fantastisch verblijf gehad in een top appartement, echt alles was aanwezig... Omgeving super mooi, best sunset ever en heerlijk genoten - We were impressed at the quality of the accom for the price and the features like beach inlet bbqs - everything was 'neat as a pin' and better than some 4/5 star resorts for cleanliness. The location (approx 1.... wat mensen zeggen » 2km from main street) and ease of travel with bus and ferry services for our teenager and toddler (to beach at Hastings St) was also great. We felt spoilt by the simple niceties like quality soaps, a full size fridge, small store close by and easy bus ride to the supermarket. The differen - We were pleasantly surprised that the advertisements accurately described our unit. We had a ground floor unit which was easily accessed from the covered car space. It opened out onto lawns which led to the marina where birds and ducks frequently landed. It was very quiet and conveniently located. We hope to return one day, even in the middle of winter because the reverse cycle air-con meant there was adequate heating for cold winter nights, infrequent though they are in Noosa.

  I was there to relax after having surgery, we booked the place based on the price, my husband loved the pool just outside the room as I couldnt do much or walk far he made may trips down the steps and straight into the pool. the unit was lovely, set out well and very spacious - just what we needed. Decor beautiful in rooms & reception. Well maintained gardens & pool. Location was perfect for dining & shopping. From the moment we entered till we left we were made welcome & looked after. Highly recommend.

We had friends staying at the same time in a loft apartment and they wish they had of booked one like ours. Apartment was well stocked with all the things like vacum cleaner to a variety of kitchen untensils.   A couple of things could do with a lick of paint here and there, but we were entirely satisfied with our stay. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, very hot water and lots of it. Nice to sit on the balcony. Everything we needed was within a short walking distance. Docs, hospitals, banks, eateries, and the city.   The location is great, with a fantastic view. We were given a top-floor apartment which was huge. We didn't have a car but were able to walk to the shops and use local transport quite easily. The pool was a great magnet for the kids and my nephew had hours of fun making new friends there.   Loved the location and free in-house movies for rainy days (most hotels, even the posh ones charge extra for movies, which I think should be an inclusion. Staff members at poolside (Eddy and a young bloke) and reception (Troy) were excellent, informative and very helpful. Pool n Jacuzzi clean. Breakfast was fair. Hashbrowns, quiche were spot on. This made the deal very economical as we are pensioners The Motel was situated close to all facilities we wished to access. We would recommend Greenmount Beach Resort to any of our family or friends.

  Room are very clean & very modern with all the gadgets that u need , the king size bed was great and the lay out of the 1 brm was just great Was great to just park the car in security parking. Had a great roof top swimming pool & gym. Easy to the public transport - bus stop over the road taking over 10 minutes into the city and travelling ... wat mensen zeggen » in the evening was free. Super market was below the hotel. Bonus is that its very quiet and staff are very helpful - Central location. Secure parking. Staff followed up with a phone call (which we appreciated) after check-out re our complaint of poor TV reception - advising he had changed the cable and the reception was now fine. We weren't aware we could contact staff re the TV reception (as we thought it would cost us a "call-out" fee) considering it was the weekend and the hotel reception wasn't manned. We were happy with the cost for the 2 night stay.
