  We stayed for the pet friendly room, will now be staying more often and recommending to our pet friends. The price was excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful. The cooked breakfast was hot, and toast was still warm, lovely! There was a folder in the room with good local info. - Being pet friendly was a great thing for us. Michelle (Relief Manager) could not do enough for us from the time of booking on the internet, the follow up emails prior to arrival, arranging transfers for us, all of this whilst dealing with a very personal family medical issue. Helpful and friendly and gave us information on things we asked them about.And she let me stay in our room after checkout as my partner was moving all our belongings. - Friendly lady and gentleman in charge, easy to find, room was clean and comfortable and good value for money.

Friendly staff. Knew when rooms were being cleaned between 9 and 11 so could go out then and know would come back to clean room. While it was fluorescent tube lighting it was much better than the trend towards dimly lit rooms that we seem to have experienced so often of late.
