love the kitchenette and the beds were clean and comfy. Cant think of any thing missing in rooms.The restaurant and service were great. pool area good. Everything you need in one spot. The room was clean and there was plenty of room. The shower was clean. Having the restaurant on site was wonderful, the food was excellent and all the staff very pleasant. The service, the restaurant, the kitchen,the DVDs, being given a room that was good for a wheelie, the space for parking, the lovely appearance of the whole place.
alle beoordelingen » We stayed in the Twin Rooms and loved the amount of space. Kitchenette was nice and big. The 3 of us had plenty of room to move. Also loved the hot water :-). I had a nice stay overnight, room was clean, decent size and very comfortable. I was able to check in after hours as well. Thanks. Staff were friendly. Rooms were clean and good facilities. Liked they had free dvd's to watch in the rooms. Good value for money,very happy with restaurant,very helpful staff. Great location Glad we stayed there!. Everything about Acacia Ridge is convenient, and the motel is very nice and in good taste. Room size and equipment, the overall setting, ease of checking in after hours,. Fantastic space in room - feels so not claustrophobic-great can stretch out!. rooms were spacious, very good ammenities, quiet, friendly staff. Everything about the room and the wonderful restaurant food. i liked the ful size fridge and kitchen facilities. Staff friendly, room comfy, value for money. great meals staff were lovely clean rooms. the room was spacious and well maintained. restaurant, convention facility location. Room was clean and pleasantly decorated. The Restaurant Menu was very good. excellent staff excellent service. Spa and bed was pretty comfy. Excellent value for money. very clean comfortable. Quiet affordable and value for money. The pool the location. Covenience. Restaurant food was good. The housekeepers were friendly and polite. Tory the receptionist when booking in was helpful. Probably only minibar. The rooms could be cleaner. Things that I noticed were dirty doors, Chrome on table spills, Bed heads hand prints, Cups tea stains. And most of all drain smells.Oh and the curtains were filthy. Sorry.All this makes a good room feel uncomfortable. The window ledge was dusty, the towels were thin and the elastic on the bottom sheet was tired and the sheet got loose but these things were minor compared with the overall experience. There was nowhere for the steam to escape the shower room. The hot water late at night didn't work but it did in the morning. One of the lights above the bed was broken but it still worked. Nothing!. WiFi not free, location away from town center. Everything good. nothing. I was given A room with two single beds for my three children and myself. my teenage sons were not happy to share A bed. The room smelt alittle like mould but apart from that was great!!. we arrived at 7pm and our room wasnt ready, it wasnt ready till 8.00pm. door seemed to stick, the fridge had no jug of cold water and there was no ice cube trays in freezer. There wasn't great water pressure in the shower. A bit of a drive to train station. The towels and the fact that there were only 2 knives 2 forks 2 bowls etec. Noisy air conditioner - slow, inaccurate service in restaurant. The bed linen was old and over used. All the towels were worn through age and could not absorb the water beit from the shower or hand towels. The towels did not smell fresh and clean and the pillows on the bed were old and over used. The room I was given was dirty, the stained mould all around bottom of shower was disgusting, I was upgraded to another room which was musty, bathroom curtain fell off, someone's hair from a brush on carpet underneath coffee table, entrance to room concrete stained and dirty, I checked out after one night was so awful even though I had a booking for five nights. Although the place is generally clean it is in a need of refurbishment. At the first glance the room does not give a good impression.
