Clean rooms and great facilities in the rooms. Provided Great information to guests in rooms. Reception staff very friendly and highly recommended. Big plus to to gentlemen whom checked us in very rare to find good, friendly helpful service. Will defenitely book with you again and will recommend to family and friends

We arrived very late and were grateful that the man peered out his unit to direct us to a good parking spot as we had a high load and couldn't fit under the parking lot.   The cleaning staff did an excellent job 'making up' our room every day and made an effort to fit into our doctor appt times. The room was very clean and a nice leafy aspect from the balcony. The reception staff were very considerate in giving us a quiet room at the back of the motel at the last minute. The surrounds of the motel were also very cle... wat mensen zeggen » an. We would certainly go back again. - Location was close to North Shore Private Hospital, the reason for our visit, but also close to public transport for other purposes. There was adequate free parking, not always the case in Sydney. The staff were extremely helpful and the restaurant served great food for breakfast and dinner.

  Terry the owner manager was more than helpful and even insisted I park my Harley Davidson in his lock up garage overnight. The free breakfast was as good as it gets and plentiful. I regret that I didn't have dinner in his restaurant there the night I arrived. In the morning before I departed I needed to go to an address in Taree to meet up with so... wat mensen zeggen » me friends. My bike GPS could not find the street. When I asked Terry for directions he went to his office and returned with a print out from his comp - Friendly and helpful owners providing us with an immaculate well equiped room on the first floor overlooking the river with an extensive view. Evening meal available in the Pelican Restaurant which was freshly cooked and good value,a good breakfast also provided and included in the room cost . Thoroughly recommended.

  The friendliness of the staff. We had a problem with the door lock after hours and Peter worked very hard to get it sorted out as quickly as possible. He had to call in a locksmith to gain access to our room. He placed us in a vacant room so that we did not have to stay outside in the cold. The most important thing is that the place is a Pet-friendly accommodation and this is a big bonus for travellers who do not know what to do with their dogs while they are away. I loved the place and I am going back there soon.
