  Clean and tastefully appointed rooms. We were a mature couple travelling with our mature daughter. The owners son who I gathered worked on mainting the Motel was very pleasant and very much open for a chat whenever we encountered him which made us feel very much at home. All in all nice place to stay and good value for money. - i liked the location, the room, the kitchenette was great and the kitchen Sunbeam equipment was a bonus. i cooked a lot of great meals. the layout of the room was good, it felt like home. Laundry service was great. and the Costumer service was FANTASTIC. We came for 1 Night BUT we Stayed for 3 Nights Because we liked it so much. Landscaping was great and the Herb plants on the gazebo ware a pleasantly useful.

  This is a great little place about 10-15mins north of Coffs Harbour and inland from the highway (note that the highway is currently under works so diversions in place but it's well signposted). Ben was amazing when I called in the morning and gave clear directions and even said if you struggle to find Santa Fe to call and he'd direct me in. There... wat mensen zeggen » are only three rooms in the accommodation and all seem spaced apart so you will not get disturbed during your stay. The grounds of the accommodation - We often hear that a location is a hidden oasis. But Santa Fe really is. Unfortunately we could only stay 2 nights. On our next visit it will be a few days. The B&B is delightful. Sharon is the consummate hostess, the breakfasts are wonderful. The rooms are delightfully decorated and the lounge etc are very relaxing and comfortable. But it is outside that Santa Fe really comes into its own. In 6 acres Sharon and Ben have transformed the area into a really interesting exploratory sensa

  I loved everything about the Bower!! The cabin is beautiful, great design and very welcoming. I loved the glass doors and windows leading out to the decking. I loved the decking area, we spotted plenty of wildlife and the sound of the birds made for a very peaceful atmosphere.   Set back from the street in a nice quiet location in a cul de sac so there was no passing traffic. We stayed in the Tuscan room which although it was the smallest was quite adequate. There was a couple of lounge areas where you could sit by the fire chatting during the evening, watch TV or curl up with a book. Breakfast prepared by Graeme (who is a cook) was very nice - Very welcomeing, friendly, it was like you were staying in someone's house. Our host Graeme was helpful and hospitable and cooks a yummy breakfast. We came in on cold night to a warm cosy room. There was also a fire in the lounge room if you wished to sit there. We found our room comfortaleble and stayed there with a glass of wine.The first 1st photos is of the room we stayed in, so I know them to be true.

  We very much liked the accommodation in the cottage. The breakfast in the main guesthouse was very much home made, plentiful and delicious. As we were visitors from the UK, the arrival of kangaroos during the late afternoon on the distant grass patch was an added bonus. I have visited Hunter Valley previously and have to say this Guesthouse is one of the top stays I have experienced. Beautiful decor with attention to details, Thistle Hill grounds are stunning, breakfast very tasty with great choice of food, and Carol's baked pears just delicious!! We will definitely come back later this year.

  The staff were very friendly and helped as soon as they could when our Foxtel did not work. Ironed out the problem and gave us two bottles of wine for waiting for it to be fixed. The spa is lovely outside. Very clean unit with good views towards trees and hills. Close to walk to Main Beach. All you need is supplied in the kitchen...no dishwasher but not everyone chooses to cook on holidays. I would recommend this as - Clean and comfortable 2 bedroom unit. Kitchen was well-stocked and had space to move around in. The view to the south and west from the lounge in Unit 1 is good. Good value. Would stay again.
