The scenery was fantastic, it is an idyllic spot in Hunter, walking distance to a couple of wineries and we spotted kangaroos on our stroll! The hosts were very helpful and more than willing to pass on information about the locality. The dog on the property was beautiful and very friendly. The breakfast provided was very generous. The cottage was comfortable and private, the decking area was ideal for having a relaxing glass of wine. The bbq at the back of the cottage would have been handy if w.
alle beoordelingen » Our Host and Hostess went above and beyond for us, offering to drive us to our friends wedding when we couldn't get a taxi, and baking us fresh banana bread for afternoon tea. Absolutely gorgeous location, excellent personal service, reasonable rates for the area and a very friendly dog that will greet you on arrival! We would definitely return. The owners were so friendly and upon arrival we were given slices of delicious mulberry cake. The room was beautiful and extremely clean. We felt it was home away from home. We loved seeing all the kangaroos close by. We look forward to coming again for a longer stay. It was a perfect stay for my husband's birthday. We were greeted by Ellie, the dog, in an excellent 28 acre site. The accommodation overall was top notch, the breakfast provisions plentiful with variety. The hosts were friendly and welcoming. The grounds boasted a few 'roos in the late afternoon. Close to wineries, breweries and eateries. The staff were fantastic and couldn't do enough.
