Very comfortable- this was a special treat for me after an event. I have
stayed here once previously and was keen to come back. Lovely views,
fantastic staff, great location. I just love the conversion of the warf,
as it keeps all the character and features of the working warf's
history. If you fany a splurg, stay a couple of nights, it's lovely.
I had a standard room this time on the city side, but last time I was
lucky enough to get a deluxe suite over two levels that was sublime.

It's just off the Kings Cross wasn't noisy at all. Downstairs in both sides super cute n very friendly little coffee shops with excellent service n superb breakfast. Hotel it self was smaller so not overcrowded clean nice decor with small kitchen n basic provided. Staff in reception very helpful always polite.

Mooie, nieuwe, nette kamer. Vriendelijk behulpzaam personeel. Goed gelegen, in de buurt van trein(metro)station, maar ook op loopafstand van het centrum (45 min. naar het operahouse, via een mooie route door de botanische tuinen). Supermarkt (open tot middernacht) recht tegenover het hotel. -

find Kings Cross off-putting. Just go to Petrol, almost next door, for
breakfast and you'll forget the riff raff. Overall it's a great
location in the middle of Potts Point and Surry Hills /

staff were excellent. manny in the restaurant downstairs was great + rooftop dining a rare treat. Fresh food market across the road is perfectly paired to the kitchenette in the rooms.

next door to elevator entry at KingsCross station. Close to great
breakfast cafes of Elizabeth Bay , Paddington. Overall staying in this
neighbourhood is a colourful suburban / urban experience. An escape
from the city centre, but only 1 or 2 train stops @ $3.60 from downtown.

The staff were exceptional from the moment we arrived. They were really accommodating and efficient, couldn't fault the service at all. The guy on reception when we arrived was particularly helpful and pleasant. Also really handy for the train station and during the day there were some pretty cool little cafes around.

in the room as mentioned - I spoke with Sam who immediately upgraded us
to a beautiful room on the 13 floor - because of his attention to detail
and his manner we are definitely coming back to stay here - the other
front of house staff were also very very good.

We stayed in the Deluxe King Room for 2 nights. The room was very spacious, clean and the second we stepped into the room we felt we were staying in luxury. The full breakfast we had booked with the room was amazing. So much range. Above all the staff were courteous and always made you feel welcome and as if we were regular customers to the hotel. Channel 7 Prime studios, one of our highlights was seeing the crew from Sunrise in Martin Place. bistro in complex which served lovely big meals at a great price. The Roast beef was beautiful, and the wedges were in a huge bowl!! also convenience store close by. airport shuttle organised and suitcases stored all day. friendly staff.

The most comfortable bed I've ever slept on. The smell of French Lavender as soon as you walk into the lobby. The staff was always extremely polite, not a fault with the staff. Personal service. Attentive. Love the French accent with most.
