  The hotel staff were extremely friendly. The location was really good and if you're feeling super lazy you can pay 44 dollars for a week long pass for all the public transport in the city centre.   I had the unfortunate situation of having a migraine headache on the morning we were leaving but had several hours to pass before making our way to our cruise ship. My fellow travellers went for a walk whilst I sat in the reception area. The manager after asking me if I had been "left behind" I explained my problem, she very kindly took me to a ve... wat mensen zeggen » ry quiet lounge room where I could relax & wait for my companions return before going straight to the ship. This lady's kindness was above and bey - Craig, the manager, was a treat and very helpful. The hotel is within walking distance of terrific views of the Opera House and Harry's Cafe de Wheels. They have a handout that provides lots of tips about how to get around Sydney and things to do while in town. It was our first trip to Sydney and we only could stay one day before heading to Tonga, but we will return someday for a longer stay and would definitely consider staying at Mariners Court again.

  The location was perfect really central and close to the main attractions. The hostel was clean comfortable and the staff were really helpful. I cannot recommend it highly enough. Very family friendly. I was travelling alone with my 9 year old son and this hostel was the perfect choice for us, the staff were great with my son and it felt safe and ... wat mensen zeggen » welcoming. - Fabulous views of the city from the rooftop patio. Staff was extremely helpful. They booked a trip to the Sydney Zoo for us that included the Hop-on, Hop-off boat tour of the harbors and saved us $. Very clean. Big tv room with DVDs available. Super bars-restaurants nearby. Food at The Glenmore was really good with big screen tvs for sports.

Plenty of restaurants and bars in the are with great prices and deals. -Woolworths is literally right around the corner -They have an acceptable wifi price for the week. $45 unlimited access on multiple devices -walking distance to teh botanical gardens for a great run!
