  We liked the fact that the staff permitted us to use the shower and store our belongings prior to check in. We had arrived in Sydney from Darwin at 6am and could not check in until 2pm that day so we really appreciated the shower to freshen up. We have never been to Sydney before so we had no idea where we we going whilst we filled in the 6 hours awaiting to check in. If we ha - The hotel staff was great and always helpful. The location is simply amazing: 5 minutes walk from Darling Harbour and the Star Casino! Our room was fairly big, hence the fact, I cannot understand people complaining on their reviews about the size of their room (maybe I was just lucky?!). The shared bathroom worked just fine, after all, nobody goes on a trip to stay closed in a bathroom do they?

  We were two young female backpackers and it was an experience we will never forget....We liked the staff (pretty sure seeing them all dressed like girls was probably why haha)...when we first arrived they offered us free goon....mmmm...played some games ;p had a night out on the town :) they showed us where to get pizza...great atmosphere... And o... wat mensen zeggen » ur own bathroom :d woot woot!!!! Umm and yea it's just very friendly! - Customer service was superb. Soraya at reception was especially helpful and went out of her way to keep family in one room after I changed booking at the last minute. Awesome location, next to central railway and monorail.

  The communal area was huge with free wifi and good sized kitchen, really nice roof terrace but would be even better if wifi was available up there, but then I suppose it would be packed every day! The staff were always friendly and happy to help with any concerns or questions.   Reception very helpful. Let us check in 6 hours early at no extra cost! Good location if you don't mind a little bit of leisurely walking. Computer in every single room fantastic. Free wifi which was really quick and useful. Shower/toilet communal area clean enough. Lots of complementary tea and coffee. Sink and bowl, cutlery etc all include... wat mensen zeggen » d with large fridge. - The staff were friendly and accommodating. The bed was extremely comfortable and the pillows were great. The water was hot and the ensuite, while querky was functional. The free wi-fi worked very well with no fuss getting it going and there was even a computer in the room. Good value food was available close by and there was great coffee on the next block down.

  Het hotel lag op een redelijke goede locatie in de stad, qua openbaarvervoer. Het personeel in het hotel was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. - Good location, good price, nice and quiet. - despite the exterior of the hotel (that was not really gorgeous, to be honest), rooms and communal areas are very nice (and new!!)
