  I love the feel of it - just like grandma's house. I first went to this motel when the children were at boarding school. They loved it too and everyone was so friendly. Parking and a buffet breakfast is also good and a wine in one of the lounges downstairs is a great end to shopping in Queen street.   Vriendelijkheid personeel en service - The hotel has a rather European feeling to it; the reception area and breakfast room are small and efficient, and our room was of adequate size but not large. The lift was not working when we arrived, but the staff were very helpful in assisting us with our luggage, and they were unfailingly helpful througho... wat mensen zeggen » ut our stay. The lift was repaired exactly when we were told it would be. The hotel is located in Oxford Street in Paddington, a bit outside the central business district but easily accessib - we felt that we received courteous contact with staff - the room was clean and comfortable - good value for money. We were left stranded at number 21 Oxford St., Darlinghurst by the "Air port to hotel " courtesy bus, and were most impressed when someone from the hotel came in a private car to transport us to to Arts Hotel. We received our early morning call as requested. When we have another visit to Sydney we hope you can accommodate us.

  The very responsive nature of the staff. The purpose of our stay was my partner was having surgery at St Vincent's and we needed somewhere closeby - we'd stayed there before (2008 & 2009). The bed was a little hard but housekeeping changed the mattress!! We needed a late check out on day of departure and this was handled expeditiously. Love the new renovations. - We were impressed with the staff and also by giving directions to public transport and recommendations for restaurants and sight-seeing.   Having stayed in other hotels during our travels in Australia and KL we have to say that this hotel completely met our needs regarding facililites in the appartment. It had more than adequate cooking facilites, dishwasher etc. This hotel has got it right. Excellent information guide. Cannot fault it really. Good location for buying food to cook ... wat mensen zeggen » & eating out. Location to Bondi Beach: 40 min walk, ok for us but not for others maybe. V easy access to trains into Sydney central. Excellent Rec - The Quest Bondi Junction is in a great location, close to public transport, restaurants, cafes and shopping, the room and bathroom were spotlessly clean and finished to a high standard with quality fittings and appliances , we had a good nights sleep in a very clean and comfortable bed. The reception staff, Jack and Zeina were polite, friendly and very helpful, we will be recommending this establishment to our family and friends.
