  The hotel staff were amazingly accomodating, professional and their generous flexibility is highly commendable - thank you Chris! The attention to detail for being truly "clean" is astounding, the best I have ever experienced. I stay in many 5 star hotels for business, this beats all the likes of Westin/Soffitel etc. - The Staff was very helpful... wat mensen zeggen » and friendly, and the service they provided was exceptional! The appartment was very clean, modern and stylish. The location was perfect, walking distance to the centre, and to other areas of interest. But still located in a quiet area.

The bluetooth speaker dock was a really nice touch and made our stay better with music.   Location!!!! It was extremely convenient. Opera house was a 2-minute walk away. Both the train and ferry stations were at the hotel's doorstep. Botanic Garden was also just across the street which was great. We travelled with 2 toddlers and the room was very comfortable and the balcony was great too. We paid extra for the harbor view and it was we... wat mensen zeggen » ll worth it. There were many restaurants at the harbor as well which was great. All staff were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend it. - I loved the view, and the good sized balcony. I loved that there was extra milk in the fridge, most places I always have to ask for more, though there wasn't enough sugar (we are big coffee drinkers). The spa didn't work so they gave us free dinner in the restaurant as a compromise, loved that! oh and the bottle of bubbly sent up to the room after i mentioned we were celebrating my hubby's 60th birthday was just lovely, thank you! :) very happy
