  Vriendelijkheid personeel en service - The hotel has a rather European feeling to it; the reception area and breakfast room are small and efficient, and our room was of adequate size but not large. The lift was not working when we arrived, but the staff were very helpful in assisting us with our luggage, and they were unfailingly helpful througho... wat mensen zeggen » ut our stay. The lift was repaired exactly when we were told it would be. The hotel is located in Oxford Street in Paddington, a bit outside the central business district but easily accessib - we felt that we received courteous contact with staff - the room was clean and comfortable - good value for money. We were left stranded at number 21 Oxford St., Darlinghurst by the "Air port to hotel " courtesy bus, and were most impressed when someone from the hotel came in a private car to transport us to to Arts Hotel. We received our early morning call as requested. When we have another visit to Sydney we hope you can accommodate us.

  Stayed there 3 nights the reception staff were so helpful the rooms were of a decent size beds were so comfy would recommend a stay there to anyone we will be back in 2 years time !!! - Location was good, it was far enough away from the Cross that there wasn't too much noise around. Staff were very lovely and helpful.

  This hotel is great ... We manage to secure a early check-in on the 1st day of our arrival. Plus the staffs are all so friendly, oozing the Australian Hospitality. The best part i like best of this hotel is the location.. location.. location .. just five minutes walk away from King Cross City Train, nearby to major tourist location like circular... wat mensen zeggen » quay, bondi beach. Easy access to supermarkets, cafes in the area. Plus they provide shuttle transfer to the airport at only AUD12 (cheaper than ta - Staff were friendly. Location was perfect. Room was clean and tidy with everything we needed. Loved the chill out computer room with free internet. Bed was really comfortable and we were not only able to check in a lot earlier than the usual 2pm check in, but we had been given a double upgrade. Originally we had booked the small double room and we ended up with the king size bed in a really nice sized room.

  Superb city skyline views if you book a city view room. Great location next door to elevator entry at KingsCross station. Close to great breakfast cafes of Elizabeth Bay , Paddington. Overall staying in this neighbourhood is a colourful suburban / urban experience. An escape from the city centre, but only 1 or 2 train stops @ $3.60 from downtown. ... wat mensen zeggen » - The staff were exceptional from the moment we arrived. They were really accommodating and efficient, couldn't fault the service at all. The guy on reception when we arrived was particularly helpful and pleasant. Also really handy for the train station and during the day there were some pretty cool little cafes around.

  We were made to feel so welcome when we arrived and the location was perfect and nice and close to the railway station.The room was very comfortable although a bit dated but it didn't matter.Would love to come visit again. All the sights within easy walk. Didn't spend a cent on transport other than to and from the airport. - Spacious apartment with room to move around. This has become... wat mensen zeggen » one of my top choices in Sydney when I'm stay a bit longer and want easy access to China Town, Darling Harbour, and Central Station. Never needed a taxi.
