the apartment was very clean and facilities were great for all ages - our children range from 3-15yrs and it was great for everyone, it felt very comfortable and home-like I would recommend to others for sure!. Staff were very friendly & helpful. Arrived a little late but this wasn't a problem for the staff.Accommodation was excellent, very clean, warm & comfortable - really good value.
alle beoordelingen » Proximity to conference venue, located close to bus route, 15 mins walk to town. More spacious than a motel room. Close to Sovereign Hill - which we didn't visit. We were upgraded from a studio to a 2 bedroomed apartment so had no complaints. Beautiful apartment with excellent cooking facilities. Central location. Comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen, large couch and recliner chairs, large flat screen TV, dining table that seats six, plenty of space. Our family liked the warmth and comfort provided in the apartments, especially when the weather outside during July was cold and wet. Friendly service. Room heated prior to arrival. Very clean comfortable room with everthing I needed. Good value for money. I found it very clean and well appointed apartment, easy access and very good managers of the apartment very hospitable. Good location if visiting Ballarat. comfortable beds. We had a three bedroom apartment, well designed. close to sovereign hill, comfortable- felt like a little home in our apartment, staff very helpful. Undercover parking, close to restaurants and Sovereign Hill. comfy bed, good shower and air-con. Really handy for sovereign hill, good pool. Staff had air con on for arrival on a hot day. stayed in a very clean and modern 2br apartment. Also very comfortable and spacious. Nice clean room - compact but had all the facilities I required. Value for money, good bathroom and excellent kitchen. Room had capacity and facilities to self-cater. The layout of the apartment undercover parking. Room was very clean and comfortable. Comfortable bed. Spacious. Staff. Some of the guests were very noisy in the early hrs of Friday & Sat night and woke us up. Because the reception desk is not manned after hrs nobody from management can say anything. Had trouble connecting to the internet. No dishcloth or brush to wash dishes. Our family decided we should have extended our stay :). stairs a little steep. Needed an extra bathroom. Why have a kitchen (stove and oven) if you don't have a table for two? It was too cold outside to eat at the outdoor setting had we cooked a mean in the unit. No mosquito spray in room, room had a lot of mosquitos. Can.t really fault this accommodation at all. Said it was four star but felt more like three - the outside of the rooms looked run down. Metal stairway was noisy and looked well worn (not quite clean). Reception closes at six pm so had to get the receptionist back. She was fine about it but we felt it inconvenienced her so made us feel a bit uncomfortable. This is serviced units and not a motel which does make a difference. The facility was somewhat smaller than we expected. Please indicate in advertising the floor space of the room. the very late check in and very early check out times. We would have liked to sleep in till ten, but had to check out at ten, so it was not a relaxed morning departure, especially when young children are involved. Could hear noisy children next door (jumping around/thumping noises mainly), but also indicates that the apartments are appropriate for families as well, so kind of a positive rather than negative. very noisy. Hear every footstep in other rooms and outside. There was only 1 toilet for the whole family to use. And there is no gully trap for proper water flow. It caused the toilet floor to flood. :(. We stayed in the studio apartment. Hard uncomfortable mattress, just enough room to walk around bed. No room for a chair in the room. Very noisy. Could hear everyone walking down metalsteps very thin walls. But overaoverall nice compact room. well, on line the rooms looked better and bigger. so was disappointed with the size of the room. to far from city centre. There were no staff on site. No view windows, no where to sit other than bed. Walk way right outside door with communal sitting area not good for privacy. Noisy from neighbours. Not enough pillows Unable to adjust the temperature of the heaters some cultelry missing. Pleased not staying for more than one night as room very small. When first arrived and had to ring re where to get key etc., found it all a little bit stressful as to where to go, once had key did not know which end of complex room was and luckily had time to spare before my function at 3 p.m. to look and find on my own. 1. Too close to stairs and people going up & down & walking/talking outside. Noisy. 2. No view 3. Very small unit for two people 4. Not aware of the above before booking 5. Limited hours of reception 6. Heater did not work and no one at reception to ask. 7. Cold. Power points behind bed Cheap pillows Ants crawling on wall. We were travelling around Australia thus had the accompanying luggage. There was no space for 2 suitcases so we had to put one on top of the workbench. If staying longer I would advise getting a 2-bedroom apartment.
