Enjoyed the stay with my partner, my sister and cousins. Mark and his wife were lovely hosts very accomodating very friendly and extremely helpful. The rooms were clean and neat very cosy and comfy. Easy access to the town enjoyed walking around. Overall very organised and we will definately be back. Danielle Ignacio. Very friendly staff, and management were very obliging and helpful. This motel is well located for shopping/dining and visits to Sovereign Hill. Large room. Lots of light in the room, which is well laid out. Clean.
alle beoordelingen » Very close to the centre of Ballarat shopping mall. Handy for all amenities. We were upgraded to a unit with a king bed. Very clean with a washable cover on the bed. Good value for money. I loved the size of the room and bathroom, much easier for us to access as disabled tenants. Personal assistance beyond what we expected as well as nice clean motel surrounds. Host was great, very welcoming and gave us lots of really useful information about what to see and do and where to eat, in the short time we had in Ballarat. the owner is friendly and if i had any questions they would answer to there best and recommend the best palce to eat and have a good coffees. Loved the generous size of the room, location excellent so close to shops and restaurants, very comfortable beds,. Convenient for the town centre and for Soverign Hill tourist attraction. Staff were very helpful. Friendly, helpful staff, great location, nice rooms. Enjoyed our stay and would stay again. Fantastic place to stay while visiting Balarat for any reason. Street noise late at night from people who had been drinking, penetrated into the room - do the windows have double-glazing?. Unfortunately this unit was at the very front and, in hindsight, we should have asked for a change as the traffic noise was quite disturbing throughout the night, but we weren't to know. No tim tams on arrival :). not a complaint but the parking space for room seven awkward to get out of when the other parks are full. Kitchenette was a bit basic. Parking was a bit squashed. Leaving too soon. The steep driveway. nothing. no heater in the bathroom. Nothing, would stay there again at any time. I booked through a website and when asked if I have any requirements I did pose a question. I was told that I will be answered within 48 hours regardless of the outcome. Unfortunately they never contacted me to answer my request. A bit disappointing. Doesn't put me off the motel just the website I used. room needed maintanance. toilet door off its runners and couldnt close air very hard to get working and fan was seizing and very noisey. price. The pub next door, the car stereos thumping away all hours of the night, and the general traffic noise. decor needs updating - room very dark. Premises were outdated. A noisy pub next door. Bass boom from adjacent bar until after midnight on Saturday in unit 3. Dirty carpet. Terrible parking uphilland around corners - too hard Very noisy from street traffic Very noisy from guest nearby Smoking outside our room was most appalling. Disco at pub until late Saturday night and church bells at 0745 Sunday morning not forus. Bed was hard and TV was very complicated, no actually internet all through tv which was unavailable. Car park area is tight. no pool. bathroom was sooooooooo outdated cramped too old when owners upgrade we might decide to try it but don't hold your breath.
