  Upon checking in, I was exhausted from traveling (sale rep) and the gentleman checking me in (forgive me I can't recall his name) was wonderful. Very welcoming and friendly. He took time to answer my questions and even suggested an upgrade. I liked the offer. He is also the reason I stayed in to dine. I ate in the lounge and it was perfect.
