  Front desk staff Mr Gonzalo is a fantastic guy. He's friendly and professional and even offered to drive to LA airport to deliver a sweater which I left behind. - Well appointed and very clean. The room had a unique set-out (we were in an end room) and was spacious. Breakfast choice was great too.
