Room and staff were great, staff offered a solution to the fact that the building did not have any hot water the day we were here. Breakfast was good.
The room was excellent for the price paid.

I usually choose comfort inn as my daughter is at dance comps 12-15
times a year. They include breakfast which is a great time saver as well

The hotel was hard to find because it was behind a McDonalds.
No conditioner in bath.
I found the room substandard to many comfort inns At which I have
stayed. The room felt a bit moist and the carpet and bedding could do
with an update. Overall it didn't feel clean, although it may well
have been It wasn't worth the $20 saving for me to return. I
wouldn't stay again even at a lower price. I don't need fancy,
but really felt it needed some sprucing.
Cleaning staff didn't speak English so was hard to convey that there was Mold around the tub. Also we could write our names in the dust in the room. We did mention the problems and they had a supervisor come and dust.
Location was not very pleasant. Behind Macdonalds and adjacent to an abandon building.

Barking dogs on the premises.
In need of an upgrade, carpets are shabby and wallpaper is peeling. Would also benefit from some sound insulation.
