  The staff was very professional, attentive, friendly, acommodating and knowledgeable. We stayed in one of the cottages - comfortable, clean and spacious. The shuttle service was very good and ran until 10:45pm. We had a great time there. - Location, convenience, great front desk staff, quick help w/small problem in room

  The front desk gave my wife an free upgrade to a wonderful room. The gym was better than most hotels/resorts--good surprise. The food at the dinner on the corner was delicious. The pool area was very relaxing. The resort provided a courtesy call a few days before our trip to arrange an appointment for spa treatments. The proximity to great restaurants and wineries in th - We enjoyed our stay at the Sonoma Fairmont. The staff were friendly and helpful. Wonderful grounds. We stayed in the smaller room with the Queen bed. Which had recently been renovated. Small, but very nice. We don't spend much time in the room. Took advantage of the fitness center. My wife loved the 8:00 am yoga classes. Only negative was the noise at night (up until 11:00 pm) from groups gathering around the fire pit.
