The best overall friendly staff I've encountered in recent travels. Helpful and pleasant with being obsequious. Other than "live dinner music levels"*, a very quiet place to stay, even though "pet friendly".

Spacious room with balcony overlooking river. Clean ,comfortable and
very diligent chambermaid (Julissa). Bellhops and valet parkers were
exceptionally polite and attentive and the driver of the shuttle service
to downtown/ uptown Oak Creek Brewhouse was courteous, pleasant and
an informed (his name was the Dutch word for 'scholar' and
sounded like Scheeler, but that is probably an approximation.

lovely king suite, always open dining room with amazingly good food. Adjacent golf course with great views and challenging play. Lovely swimming pools, one for adults only. -

In Sedona, Az. Best Western Plus was the absolute best! We felt like we had a personal chauffer and limo---they were always available and took us wherever we wanted to go on a moment's notice! Would have originally liked to be closer to town but then once we got there really liked the fact that we were not in the middle of all the huslte and bustle and that they offered a shuttle bus back and forth. Very accomodating. When there was a chance to upgrade our room we didn't even have to ask. Conceirge was excellent in helping make reservations.

The indoor and outdoor pools and big hot tub were perfect for my family! It was great to have both. The breakfast was wonderful and the staff there were especially nice. The views were amazing from every window of this property and the location in Sedona was ideal for EVERYTHING! -

Loved having the golf course right outside the door. We went hiking by crossing the highway and getting on the trail. Close enough to tourist activities for convenient visits, but far enough away to be peaceful and quiet. -
Extremely friendly staff
It is an older but well maintained hotel. Rooms are OK but not fancy.

The beds at the Super 8 were very comfortable and I like the linens that were used on the king size bed. There was a clean white cover over the bed instead of the usual old floral bedspread that you see most places. I am never sure if those old spreads are washed after every guest and this coverlet clearly was. Loved the new TV in our room as well

I called the day before my arrival to ask if I could switch my 2 dbl bed to a king bed. Unfortunately there were non available, but I was told to check again the next day. I was unable to call and a room opened up. I was remembered and they held it for me. Best service I'd had in too long.

The view of the moutains were breath taking! The generous lookout grounds had nice table and chairs provided to sit and enjoy the sun rise or set. Beautiful grounds with plenty of seating, paths and garden spots. There was plenty of space between units. Roomy, clean accommodations with microwave, coffee maker, and a small refrigerator, friendly helpful staff and a nice patio wine bar. There are spectacular views from the heights down over Sedona, the Red Rocks, mesas and valleys. Good breakfast, very friendly staff, easy access to the hotel and town of Sedona.We liked the fact that room was ready before check-in time and was given to us. Excellent service at the reception desk. -
