  Friendly staff. Kitchen was small but works well. Offers grab and go breakfast which is a surprise. Good location in warking distance to Shaw's supermarket. Quiet and clear. - Our room (first floor) was well-kept and nice. The staff at the recpetion was very friendly.

  Very clean and modern, when we arrived there were cookies in the lobby along with a hot Shepards pie ready for guests who hadn't eaten. They have a great set up and a nice pool in the back unfortunately it rained during our stay. Also the free breAkfast was nice good amount of space and a variety of food. Hot eggs and sausage, bagels, toast, muffi... cosa dice la gente » ns, yogurt, fruit. - The staff was great, there was a little snafu with our first room so they moved us immediately to a new room and offered us a free snack/beverage from the mart for the inconvenience. We loved the room, it was perfect, breakfast was delicious and everyone was super nice and willing to help. Can not praise them enough. 5 star treatment all around.

  I had amended my booking on letsbookhotel.com from 1 to 2 nights but for whatever reason we were only booked in for the 2nd night. The women on the front desk dealt with this so subtly and efficiently that we were in our room 10 minutes later! It's sad that more people don't treat their customers so well as they did. Plus it's located near a busy main ro - The staff, housekeeping, cleanliness of room, comfort of the room, the breakfast included with the room, 24 hr coffee, chocolate chip cookies, the hardworking staff in charge of the breakfast (she was tireless), hotel is located near all the modern conveniences to include shopping, food, gas, etc. My room was very quiet as well. Near enough to beach, city of portland, and interior of the State of Maine.

  The express breakfast was great. The women who oversaw it was extremely accommodating. Staff was knowledgeable regarding traffic patterns. Would stay again - I liked the set up of our room. We are a family of 5 so we decided on the double bed suite with the sofa bed. Staff was friendly and breakfast was good.

  Everything! We make a trip from nb to Portland every fall to kick off our Christmas shopping season. This was our first time at this hotel and we will be coming back here from now on.
