  I absolutely LOVED everything! It was beautiful from the moment I first saw it, before I even walked inside. It was so easy to get to from BART and in a perfect location. The entire staff was sincerely friendly, kind, helpful and seemed to only know how to say "Yes, of course we can".   I found the service to be excellent and it started way before we even arrived. The concierge helped us to find the right tour companies and plan out our trip so it was everything we wanted.
