the quality of the room's facilites was very good. we were "allowed" to park car for a couple of hours after check out!. Good location. Great price. Not at all seedy.Good place to stay, great value for the money. Cheep room rate, free parking. the reception staff were the most unfriendly staff we had come across. Miserable, not cheerful. We experienced noise from the main road- our room was near it (Lombard), but not too great a problem. I have stayed at Francisco Bay Inn before. The tv remotes never work.Why not change the batteries?. The Hotel lacks a decent lobby space or registration area, is too small and very uncortable 10'x10' registration area plus multiple use area (same place is use to serve continental breakfast in the morning). They need to improve and have space to deposit luggage when fly time is at night and check out at 11am. Wanted to charge extra money to leave car on last day.Room is not spacious(double queen sized beds), heater noise is veryhigh, breakfast is very much limited. The noise level at the hotel was so bad we booked out after three nights. Unfortunately, the 72 notice was not evident on anything signed at the time of registration and thus we lost 2 nights (which happened to be the most expensive). The staff were extremely unhelpful and despite how loud the noise was, they denied it was actually occurring. Three phone calls through the night brought no relief.
