We were very Happy to stay there . The location was perfect for us and when we got back in the evening most of the staff greeted us, we were very comfortable till our next day adventures. For the money, this was an excellent choice for a budget. It was clean and you had everything you needed. All new linens every day and well maintained. Security on site in the evenings was a plus. The outdoor pool and hottub were also well maintained and a nice ammenity for the stay. I've stayed at hotels for triple the cost that were less well kept and less comfortable.

It is very close to the airport (about 1mi) although driving from the

From the front desk staff to the cleaning crew, all the staff was extremely friendly and willing to help in any way. We especially enjoyed the people who helped with the complimentary breakfast. The hotel was centrally located so we were never more than 10 minutes from the things we wanted to do. I would definitely stay there again. -

Location was excellent!. Room was clean. We opted not to get room clean on second day stay and got $5 coupon to use at one of their restaurants. Service was great. We requested clean towels on second day and were brought up quickly. If you need something for room, just call and ask. Friendly staff. Got $5 coupons for each member (5) towards San Diego zoo. Could get noisy due to it being family friendly but that is expected. Close to restaurants.

Phenomenally good value for money. Just book it. The room was well and
tastefully appointed and fitted with tv, cafetiere and fridge as well as
table and chairs. A good cafe was on site serving simple but very
palatable fare. There were also gym and pool facilities which I did not
use. The location was very practical with only short drives to Sea
World, Midway Museum, Old Town, Zoo etc (in fact there were shuttles
available for a couple of these destinations). I felt very relaxed there

Beach Haven Inn though an older facility is basic, clean, comfortable and economic accomodation within steps of the Pacific Beach boardwalk, but at the quieter north end of Crystal Pier. Having a kitchenette and pool deck BBQ makes it easy to have some meals in when not enjoying the many restaurants in PB. The heated pool and hot tub were great.

For the amount we paid we were very pleased. Walking distance to the
beach and restaurants. The bed was very comfortable! When I read the
description of the room it didn't say there was a fridge, microwave
or coffee maker...when we walked in the room there was a full kitchen!
The staff was always walking around and cleaning up even late at night.
One staff member saw us up late and alerted us he had a parking spot
open up front so we got to move our car closer.
