  After reading other reviews I was nervous about booking but needed a budget friendly hotel for our trip. This was definatly budget friendly. On check in Tony was very friendly. He gave us maps of attractions and the area and directions on several other occasions. The room we received did have a musty smell when we got in but it was nothing overbea... cosa dice la gente » ring. The room was clean when we arrived. We did have a light bulb out in the bathroom but the others were enough to make up for the one that was out. - I was extremely impressed with the courteous staff and the clean spacious lobby when you walk in. The free breakfast was a surprise in that it had a very good selection of different items to choose from. The rooms were not incredibly new, but there was no smoke smell and everything in the room (even the bathroom) was spotless. The rooms were quiet and comfortable.

  I ask for a top floor room and they gave us one on the end. Good choice except for light out side. Thank goodness for the black out drapes. The boys had a good time and the staff was really nice to them. It was clean and bed was nice. - Indoor pool for kids. Comfortable bed. Staff was pleasant except for front desk clerk.

  The pool and lazy river was the high light of the trip for my twin 7 year old boys. The nature aspect around the pool sites were just beautiful. - All the staff was very friendly The location is excellent with all the waterfun and the golf course is amazing!

  I've stayed at many highly rated hotels in San Antonio, and Mokara is unquestionably at the top of my list. It starts with superior service - over the top attention to detail. We were walked to the elevator during check-in by a member of the desk staff, and later - accompanied by a doorman down to the riverwalk level of the hotel as he provided us... cosa dice la gente » with food and drink suggestions. The location is perfect on the River Walk, and the breakfast in the hotel restaurant was great. Rooftop pool was perfect for relaxing, and the spa employees were fun and engaging.

  Had to change nights. Westin and letsbookhotel.com were able to accommodate change. have not been able to do that with other sites. Thanks to ALEX at Westin!! - Loved the pool. Beauitifully designed with good views. Beds very comfortable. Nice and spacious bathroom. Shower is AMAZING.
