Loved the breakfast at Bistro.Hotel very neat and quiet.liked being able to use Trolley Tour pickup right outside front door.Staff seemed very informative and helpful. would stay again. -

Our room was comfortable and well-appointed. Everything was immaculate and the beds were excellent. The hotel was very quiet and clean. We arrived in our room to find that a small bit of plaster had fallen from the ceiling after a heavy rain the previous night. We alerted the front desk and everything was fixed by the time we returned to the room

We loved the location and the comfort of the room. We also were very impressed with the breakfast buffet. We especially liked the fact that it was close to the St. Augustine Outlets. We really enjoyed our stay and we look forward to returning.

The friendliness of the staff. The managers daughter even made me a Christmas ornament
Even though there was some remodeling going on it did not disrupt my stay
Hardwood floors instead of old carpet -
staff were great, very clean rooms,this was our second stay at this hotel and not our last. nothing bad to say at all.

Great place to stay if you just want to go to the beach for a couple of days. Other than that, too small... Also, no smoking rooms at all.... But, we were told there was.... -
