The manager could not have been more helpful, and all the staff were very pleasant. The breakfast was also very good with a good choice to help yourself from. Hot coffee and papers all day. We have stayed at more expensive hotels in St Augustine but will now always go back to this one. -

This motel is close to the Old Town Trolley Service ,a three block walk to buy the ticket and then you can get off and on whenever you want right in the hotel parking lot! The hotel is easy to find and clean. The staff is great. -

The courtesy and friendly service from the manager. Tom is the bomb. Very clean rooms and facilities. Comfy beds . The pool was Magnificant . And I loved the 70's tile on the around the pool and bathroom. Tom and staff were always picking up the grounds , cleaning the rooms and very helpful with where to eat and shop.

The owners/staff were extremely accommodating and went out of their
way to insure our satisfaction. When we arrived and when to check in we
were immediately upgraded to a King room at no additional charge. Upon
going to the room it was next door to a few gentlemen hanging out
outside their room having fun. I went back to the front desk asking for

Quiet area (enjoyed sitting on the porch at night visiting with neighbors).

Everything! The staff was great, breakfast every morning, very comfortable kind-size bed. Quiet, even with other guests close by. Will stay there again when we go back. At around 5 miles from the fort, it was the perfect location for the surrounding sights also. -

Our room was comfortable and well-appointed. Everything was immaculate and the beds were excellent. The hotel was very quiet and clean. We arrived in our room to find that a small bit of plaster had fallen from the ceiling after a heavy rain the previous night. We alerted the front desk and everything was fixed by the time we returned to the room

We loved the location and the comfort of the room. We also were very impressed with the breakfast buffet. We especially liked the fact that it was close to the St. Augustine Outlets. We really enjoyed our stay and we look forward to returning.

The staff was great. We tend not to have our room doe everyday as an energy awareness thing, and the cleaning crew understood. Love the tile floors. Convenient to I95 close to St Augustine and easy to travel to Daytona. -

Everything about the hotel, staff, and room 107 was wonderful! Good locaton...we walked to Mellow Mushroom for dinner but we only stayed one night. The bed was comfy and the room was clean and spacious. Will definitely plan to stay here again. -

The car sat from the time we arrived until we checked out. And with gas

I liked it all everything was very close to our Inn, room was very clean. We stayed a day longer than we planed and had a king bed that was very good.
