I loved the ability and speed to which the rooms were cooled. The air conditioning was spectacular. The beds were comfortable and the wifi greatly helped my temporary stay as a student close the university. I really enjoyed my stay here! Great people! -

I didn't really stay there, my daughter from Alaska did. She telephoned to tell me she felt safe, welcome and that you had a hot jacuzzi, pool and shopping and restaurant right there. A friend and I often go to Sacramento. Alice suggested your hotel. -

Liked that breakfast served at 4am for early flights. Shuttle to airport, reasonable parking while gone on trip. Good prices, clean, comfortable rooms. Black Bear resturant next door. What more could you ask on a budget? -

It was a predictable Quality Inn room, clean on the wholke, comfortable, but as usual dark made darker by heavy furnishings. Otherwise, as somewhere to sleep it was fine. -
Staff was wonderful and the room was very clean.
The room was very well laid out with enough room to work at the desk and kick back and relax.
Nice breakfast area.

the hotel also has a private access gate to the trail which we used
every night we stayed you can't even hear the noise from the freeway

Unfortunately, we weren't able to get to the hotel until 1:30 in the
morning because our car broke down. Nevertheless, it was so good to
relax in a clean, comfortable bed and have a good breakfast before we
took off again - and everyone, from the night clerk to the housekeeping
crew were so friendly! I wish we had had more time to enjoy your
establishment before we moved on. Thank you!

One night stay which we would extend if we had the time.
Arrived at hotel after a short journey from Lake Tahoe. Visited reception about 11am to let them know we were parking the car, never thinking we could access the room we had booked. To our delight we were given access to our room. The level of service throughout our stay was first class.

Staff advised us right away that a new water system was being installed and that we would not have hot water until midnight.
Room was comfortable and we were right across from the train station. We were taking the train to San Francisco and they let us park our car at the facility until we arrived back at 1:00. No charge.
We would stay here again on our trip to Sacramento. This hotel is a couple of blocks from Old Town and the Train Museum. Great value, friendly staff, good beds, nice room.

I thought the staff was outstanding!! very kind and right there if you need anything .. I have to say its so secluded you wouldn't even no it was there. it was very quite and peaceful definitely will use again. -

I booked this hotel when i had family that came to visit. It was a great hotel with great location. It's right off of the freeway, very close to downtown and right next to the river. It was a nice trip with large comfortable rooms, I was glad the location had free wifi that actually worked. Also the hotel was kind enough to open the breakfast room at four in the morning to accomadate an early flight that I had to catch. I would recommend this location to all my friends and family.

Staff was friendly, accommodating and patient..view of the pool area was great, loved the food court area, beds were comfy, tucked away in Medical Facility local, close to every thing was convenient. Memorable Staff members include: Marcia, who made us feel at home. Jessica who went the extra mile in the dessert dept. Araceli who had great poise and patience in ensuring that we had an adequate room. There were others that contributed to a comfortable experience, we just don't know the names.
