I didn't really stay there, my daughter from Alaska did. She telephoned to tell me she felt safe, welcome and that you had a hot jacuzzi, pool and shopping and restaurant right there. A friend and I often go to Sacramento. Alice suggested your hotel. -

The room was super clean we had a room facing the trail behind the hotel
and it was really quite really dark when u pulled the drapes loved it
the hotel also has a private access gate to the trail which we used
every night we stayed you can't even hear the noise from the freeway
close by. We originally booked only one night but enjoyed it so much

Unfortunately, we weren't able to get to the hotel until 1:30 in the
morning because our car broke down. Nevertheless, it was so good to
relax in a clean, comfortable bed and have a good breakfast before we
took off again - and everyone, from the night clerk to the housekeeping
crew were so friendly! I wish we had had more time to enjoy your
establishment before we moved on. Thank you!

This hotel is close to Old Sacramento & the American River ~ we had
a riverview suite which was beautiful. Breakfast each morning was a
treat, & Joe's Crab Shack is nearby. Everyone we talked to was
friendly, helpful & kind...it was a perfect stay for our 24th
anniversary.

One night stay which we would extend if we had the time.
Arrived at hotel after a short journey from Lake Tahoe. Visited reception about 11am to let them know we were parking the car, never thinking we could access the room we had booked. To our delight we were given access to our room. The level of service throughout our stay was first class.

Staff advised us right away that a new water system was being installed and that we would not have hot water until midnight.
Room was comfortable and we were right across from the train station. We were taking the train to San Francisco and they let us park our car at the facility until we arrived back at 1:00. No charge.
We would stay here again on our trip to Sacramento. This hotel is a couple of blocks from Old Town and the Train Museum. Great value, friendly staff, good beds, nice room.

Stayed here before and it has been nicely remodled. Beds comfortable. Room well appointed. Internet very fast which isunusual for any other places stay. Staff really nice, helpful, and friendly. Staff was friendly, accommodating and patient..view of the pool area was great, loved the food court area, beds were comfy, tucked away in Medical Facility local, close to every thing was convenient. Memorable Staff members include: Marcia, who made us feel at home. Jessica who went the extra mile in the dessert dept. Araceli who had great poise and patience in ensuring that we had an adequate room. There were others that contributed to a comfortable experience, we just don't know the names.
