  It had great ratings on letsbookhotel.com and still ended up being better than I expected. It's clean, very convenient for visiting in Riverside, had a friendly reception (I think it's the owners) and staff, plus breakfast was good. The central location is great too. Good choice for breakfast-overall really good value for money.

  I always get a room at M6 whenever going to UCR for a small stay. The place is neat and has all the stuff a solo traveler needs including wifi and local calls. Recent change of floor and furniture and nearest place to UCR is a plus. - I liked the convenience of the location and the cost.
