The staff was incredible and very relateable. We even extended our trip an extra night and they were very accommodating. We felt right at home. -
Location along the Columbia River. Our views were very relaxing, watching ducks, birds etc. Quiet environment.

Staying at Stratford Suites was like having a short term apartment, even as short of a stay as one night. It had creature comforts and if we had not made plans for dinner, we probably would have been more than happy to cook together at the hotel. We all felt very "at home" there and it was fairly close to the downtown Spokane city center.

We love this hotel! So convenient, right next to the airport. Not
having to deal with unpredictable traffic when catching a flight out.
Hotel shuttle is so convenient! Landed at 10pm and called the hotel at
the courtesy phone, they personally made a trip to pick us up at the
airport! Told us where to stand and wait! Instructions were so
specific!

The staff were excellent! Alexa greeted us and asked if we had eaten. She gave us recommendations for pizza. She also informed us of the business center to print off our boarding passes. The layout was so comfortable. I extended my check-out time due to a later flight, and I spent time in the lobby lounge, which was so pleasant. The shuttle driver and service was also excellent.

Everything...especially hot Shauna before bedtime! Cleanliness...polite
helpful staff at desk, breakfast staff person greeted me with nice
smile and offered to close dining room window that I was sitting next

Excellent service from the front desk during check-in...They had a happy hour bar set up that gave everyone 2 free drinks (beer or wine), and a bowl of chili as an appetizer...This was a nice unexpected treat but we stumbled on it as we were not told about it during check in...Room was nice and comfortable, very clean and lots of pillows which was

Very nice, clean facilities. The staff were wonderful, especially the assistant manager who was working the front desk. She took the initiative to make sure that some initial on-line booking errors got corrected so that we didn't get double-billed.
Also, I can highly recommend the morning breakfast!

It was quiet. Excellent location. Check in - check out incredibly fast
with letsbookhotel.com but best of all, I asked for a room on the top floor,
quiet side of the building, away from elevators and vending and we got
just that!! -

thing missing was bacon or sausage to go with the eggs, but they had
oatmeal & biscuits n gravy out. -

I loved everything about the hotel. The staff was friendly, the fished
baked cookies at 9:00pm. Late hours at the pool, the check in was
speedy, the rate on bookit was awesome. The beds were comfortable, the
