I've stayed at many highly rated hotels in San Antonio, and Mokara
is unquestionably at the top of my list. It starts with superior service
- over the top attention to detail. We were walked to the elevator
during check-in by a member of the desk staff, and later - accompanied
by a doorman down to the riverwalk level of the hotel as he provided us

Loved the personal touch and attention to detail when it came to staff service. The location is perfect on the River Walk, and the breakfast in the hotel restaurant was great. Rooftop pool was perfect for relaxing, and the spa employees were fun and engaging.

My wife and I had our 30th anniversary at the Galveston Tremont. I have stayed at hotels around the world and that was the nicest staff that I have ever associated with. When they found out it was our anniversary they upgraded our Queen room to a HUGE two room suite with 2 bathrooms and a living room w 12 foot ceilings and a beautiful chandelier! Then later that night sent up complimentary wine, fruit and cheese... A very sweet surprise!

The location was perfect for us because we were heading to an Astros game and Minute Maid was just a couple of blocks away. We enjoyed the complimentary happy hour, breakfast and wifi. Though they only offered valet parking, it was less expensive than having to pay to self park in another lot. -

The lake, the ambiance, the surrounding restaurants and theater, friendliness and helpfulness of staff. We had a wonderful experience and would like to return for more than just 3 nights. -

We had a corner room on the 7th floor with awesome view of the Dallas Skyline. The room decor made it feel luxurious. Close to many different style restaurants and price ranges. Hotel bar was comfortable with wonderful live music. Valet personnel were fast and pleasant. Appreciated the fact it isn't a cookie cutter type hotel. -

Beautiful hotel and lobby, rooms were very comfortable. Exceptional service. Tennis was great too! Good location and even shuttled us to the Galleria for shopping! -

The pool and lazy river was the high light of the trip for my twin 7 year old boys. The nature aspect around the pool sites were just beautiful. -

I LOVED everything about my stay here! The sweetest thing was seeing the baby crib in our room upon arrival for our 6mo son! My 2yo daughter was thrilled to have a big bed all to herself. -

Loved the size of the room! We had a huge bath and a whole separate walk-
in closet/dressing area. There was a full length mirror, 2 dressers
and plenty of hanging space. We could put all our luggage in there and
then shut the door so we didn't have stuff spread all over the room.
