My stay was great. However, maybe they need to fix the door where it cant be open from the inside when the lock is on cause a 2 year old could easily slide out of the room :-( -

My girlfriend and I came here for a romantic valentines weekend. The
hotel and city was packed due to the nba All Star weekend. The staff
was very helpful it was just beautiful. We had no complaints what so
ever. We will definitely be coming back the perfect hotel for a

The Staff were very nice, helpful, cordial and gave me a nice chocolate cake for my Birthday.
The rooms were comfortable and the daily breakfast was really good.

The amenities were amazing! There was an outdoor movie with free popcorn
at night; glow in the dark putting green; poolside band; and a huge
sports complex with ping pong, pool, foosball and basketball. Oh and
free ice cream cones! It was such fun for the entire family! We would
definitely recommend it.

The quiet. We did not hear any noise from the room above, or the hall
way. The court yard was nice and we enjoyed the buffet. The staff was

Very friendly staff, room was very comfortable, clean. When we checked in, we we're not aware breakfast was not included at $150 a night. After expressing our shocking surprise, we woke up too two complementary breakfast coupons. We thought that was very thoughtful as a way to keep their guest happy. Thank you! -

Hotel staff were all fiendly and helpful. We cruised from Galveston on
the 14th and returned on the 21st, the Hilton provided us with complimen
tary parking for the cruise duratoin. An extra perk that many other
hotels in Galveston do not offer or charge extra for utilizing the
service. We didn't get into the swimming pool due to a cold front

The staff was amazing. However we were very dissappointed with the lack
of cleanliness within the pool area, especially the pool. We Understand
its hard to keep clean later in the day, but my son & I were there
every morning by 9:30am and the pool had straws floating , cherry stems,
hair balls etc. For $300 a night, we were quite disqusted. Other than
that, the hotel was fine. Again the entire staff was excellent.

The bed was very comfortable in the suite that we got. The overall feel
of the room lent itself to our being so comfortable just watching tv, we
actually checked out later in the morning than we normally do when we
travel! Kudos! Oh, the new check in lobby is a great improment over the

This was a 'girls get-away' weekend celebrating a birthday. The resort 's atmosphere was quite serene and peaceful. The service from the bar and restaurant was excellant and the staff were eager to please. Both the golf and hiking trails were great and well worth the hike. And what a blessing to have the 'Wounded Warriors' staying there at the same time.I would definetly recommend 'The Resort at Tapatio Springs' !

The room was nice, cool, comfortable. The whirlpool tub was the reason for paying the high price. The clerk at check in and out (same person) was awesome! -
