  Cheap and close to the airport. We were put in another room with no questions asked - very accommodating. - Clean, great price, staff was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was good.

  This property is under new management and getting better every day... you won't find better service. The location is fantastic--geographically central to attractions and restaurants--and yet quiet and restful--it's surrounded by farms. (Okay, so you might hear an occasional "moo" and the clip clop of passing Amish wagons.) - I loved that this was... cosa dice la gente » clean, close to activities but with-in a rural setting. I could see and hear the buggies from my entrance porch. I couldn't get the internet to work...but didn't ask how...but was actually glad I couldn't so I would devote my time to the Amish setting...

  I can't say enough about this place. I am always a bit leary when booking at a motel, but I need not have worried at the Nittany Budget Motel. To begin with, unlike a lot of other motels, this was not situated in "the middle of nowhere" off a depressing highway. It was actually located in what looked like a business complex with quite a bit of act... cosa dice la gente » ivity. When I first arrived, I was greeted by a very friendly and accomodating young man at the desk. (Incidentally, the office is located within a "b - Motel old but ok. We were out to hike in Rothrock S.P. and the location was excellent. A good surprise was Harner's Farm shop right across the road, that was a great place for buying apples & co. and our son loved the corn maze and the halloween spooks.

  The room was very comfortable with a recliner and sofa. The room had a small balcony with a table and chair. The restaurant was excellent. The food was great and the wait staff attentive and intuitive. - Close to all the antique shops. We were in town for the extravaganza. We will be back for the September extravaganza.

  The location is beautiful! The staff was extremely friendly, warm, cheerful, happy to accomodate any need and knowlegeable about the area. If I were to be in the area again soon I would look forward to their upcoming business center. I saw they were already working on that. Wifi and cable was free. Very pretty location, close to a lot of shopping areas and eating places. Will recommend it to friends.
