The staff was quite helpful, and the manager seemed to have the solution to any issue that came up at her fingertips. It was a quite pleasant trip thanks to her, and the whole staff was focused on making sure we were satisfied the whole time. Oh, and EVERY local restaurant they recommended was awesome! -

We had a problem with the first hotel we booked on this trip and they would not do anything to help us fix it. We decided not to give them our business and went here instead. The staff here was great, they went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. True, the hotel is a little dated, but it was very clean and very well maintained. -

Great location for visiting downtown scranton at a fraction of the price of the big chain hotels. It's in walking distance of everything.
We've stayed there (under different franchise names) for more than 25 years on many visits to Scranton. -
I believe those who leave a questionable comment about this hotel are
not taking into consideration the

Easy access to highway, quiet, comfortable room. This is an older facility but is kept very clean which to me is most important. Friendly, helpful staff. Great Motel 6 if your on a budget. Staff was awesome. There's a Starbucks and a grocery store within walking distance. Fridge and microwave in each room. -
Place was nice. rooms were big and clean. They had coffee in the morning. it was close to Hershey park and relatively cheap.
