Located close to the airport, regular shuttle bus to and from the airport, helpful friendly staff, lovely greeting from Mary on my arrival. They had no problems storing my luggage over the weekend while I traveled 'light' to New York for a few days, which was a huge help! Would definitely recommend! -

I participated in a conference at Penn State University.I was out the door ar 8am and coming back after 9 pm. I didn't have much time to take advantages of facilities. I liked the location, it was walking distance from Alumni building.I liked the fact that I could open the window to get fresh air and hearthe birds in the morning.

pad" after a Steelers game. The big draw for me was it's
proximity to the airport. The airport shuttle was very convenient and
the driver was courteous (especially for 4:00 am). My room was clean

Staff was friendly . Got in late and ordered food for delivery from Ray 's Italian menu that the Desk gave us. The food was excellent! Best Itslian sub I ever had and it was 9;00 at night. The staff was excellant very personalble. We had just arrived at the philadelphia airport from Paris a long flight and we had a 5 hour drive home. So staying at the renaissance was great for a good nights sleep the bed was very comfortable and room was spacious.and clean We had late snack when we arrived and enjoyed the breakfast the next morning

The manager's cocktail reception and cooked to order breakfast become gathering places where guest meet other guests. We had a fascinating time meeting people who were attending a convention at the hotel. -

The employees were very nice and we were allowed to leave our car in the parking lot while we were away in another city. They arranges to have us driven to the airport and picked up again after our trip. Exceptional service. -
