I could not have been more impressed with everything at this hotel. The
staff was fantastic, from Valet team, (whom called me when I left my
phone in the car and brought it to my room), to the front desk, (that
allowed me to check in really early), to the cleaning staff, who ran a

The hotel is extremely close to the light path train, which made
traveling to nyc extremely convenient.
The mattresses were quite comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious.
Debbie was also extremely helpful. We had a rather large yellowish stain on the comforter of one of our beds, and she had housekeeping change it immediately. Also, she gave our family a breakfast voucher for two (which was a $60 value).

rooms on 7 floors, a small breakfast area on the ground floor and

staff were really helpful and friendly. Struck up conversations with
staff that make a personal touch in the restaurant. Asian meal was
healthy: rice, seaweed, kimchi, miso soup... Enjoyed a dip in the pool
with my kids and a good work out in the gym with weights, universal, and
stationary bikes. Free hourly bus to #7 subway line was convenient into

Hotel is 'as-expected' but 7 blocks from subway in a nothing-
special neighbourhood. We had a small issues with our booking through
the website : we booked 3, they expected 2 and although a bit stubborn
to start they fixed the problem. The gym is ok but the pool hours are
too short : 10 to 6pm

Stayed there for my birthday and was amazed as soon as I walked in the door! The level of customer service was top notch! Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is swanky and done right from the artwork in the lobby to the, spa, to the rooms, to the restaurant and nightclub. It truly is a one stop shop experience. We arrived to a great staff, great location. Wilson put us on the top floor with a fantastic view of Brooklyn. We had a 12 and a 9 year old with us and the hotel was close to the top of their list of sites that included all of New Yorks hits. 12 year old got sick and the staff let us check out late and even sent toast and ginger ale to our room

We enjoyed our stay at the Sheraton Brooklyn. The staff was very
friendly and helpful. We especially thought Victor Balbi was most
helpful, patient and accommodating with our needs for directions in
getting around the City by Subway and planning our day sight seeing ny.
He was always so pleasant & greeted us with his wonderful smile
& friendly greeting when we got back from our day's outing. He
certainly made our stay & visit to ny pleasant & enjoyable. Paul

The fact that letsbookhotel.com does not enter reservations so that I can check with the hotel without a problem. There should be a common thread to check with either the hotel or letsbookhotel.com at any time. -

The quietness. Like a retreat. Great food. - Staff were courteous and efficient. Checked in early but no rooms were available, they said they would call me when I could go to the room. They did. The room I got I didn't like (close to elevator door and TV not straight in from of bed). They upgraded me to quieter corner room.
