I had surgery that same day and the check in clerk was extremely nice and gave us a room close to the breakfast area on the first floor so I wouldn't have to walk far. I would definitely stay here again when in Helena. -

We were staying at the Lodge to discuss arrangements for our
daughter's wedding be held there next summer. The Lodge upgraded our
room to a lakefront suite. The room was beautiful; full kitchen, dining
room area, living room with two armchairs and couch, full bath with
shower/tub, upstairs bedroom with full bath. The staff could not

We love the pool and tiki bar area, and the rooms are great. The staff is incredibly friendly, the location is amazing. In the spring the price is reasonable (in the summer we both feel its probably over priced, but it is full, so others obviously disagree). Overall we love it, and really enjoy our time and would like to look more into staying with friends in one of the condos along the beach (attached to the hotel).

I liked that if you did not want room service you could get money back to use at the ranch since you saved on cleaning costs. I thought that was a great, green incentive. I only wished I would have had more time at the ranch to use the money.

The staff were great and very helpful. It's a very comfy hotel with large rooms to spread out ski clothes to dry. The breakfast is great, saves a couple bucks and hits the spot before hitting the slopes. -
