The hotel rooms were very clean and big. The hotel staff were friendly. The location was great. There were stores attached to the hotel, make it easy to go from store to store and not have to go outside. -

We had a corner room/suite and had plenty of room for the two of us.
We had full size kitchen appliances, comfy bed and the shower had good
water pressure.
We did not cook in the room, but ate at the restaurant next door, the Canadian Honker. Awesome place with friendly staff.
Another HUGE perk is free underground parking in a heated garage. -

The hotel was clean, even the kitchen. We would stay there again if we need to go to Mayo. The beds were comfortable and the sheets were of very good quality, no scratching .

The hotel attendant was very insisted we have a perfect room for our
stay, a half of pot of coffee was left in the pot and the room was not
thoroughly cleaned, but Trisha found us another room and helped us move
our belongings -

I loved the Westin for it's beautiful, impressive dining/bar area. It is an amazing place, and one of the more stunning hotels I have been in. I love that it has been transformed from a bank into a luxurious hotel. Spectacular! The staff was VERY accommodating and friendly. I would definitely stay there again!

When we arrived Mallory greeted us to the Hilton. The doormen went out of their way to help us with packages. The location of this hotel was within walking distances to all of the main events, we were attending. The clerk at the desk when we got there was not helpful at all and
almost rude. They hadn't received notice of our booking from
letsbookhotel.com and I didn't have confirmation sheet with me. Clerk was
not helpful at all and didn't seem to care about getting it
straightened out.
