We enjoyed everything! The Outback restaurant that was right next door was brilliant for food and beverages! The breakfasts were fabulous! The staff were very friendly and helpful! We loved that there were frequent shuttles for the airport and the mall! We will be making this hotel a part of our experience in future travels to the area! -

I loved the fact that when booking the reservations online, I was asked if I had any special requests. I answered "chocolates and a smile on my pillow." When I arrived, there was a bottle of Hershey's Chocolate Syrup and a sticky notes with a smile drawn on it. Under my pillow, was a Hershey's chocolate bar with a note that said "Thanks for being

Nice breakfast with fresh waffles and sirup, oats and more. Chinese restaurant "Tea House" in front of the hotel (it is one of the best Chinese restaurants in twin cities), it's open until 9.30 pm. Quiet place, ideal to sleep well. Very friendly & helpful staff. Close to University (I was visiting University).

Staff was friendly and helpful with reservation process. Reservation online wasn't received by hotel, but staff were still able to provide the same room and accommodations as indicated on online reservation email. Friendly staff, helpful staff. Nicely appointed room and ammenities for the price. I have stayed at -5 to +5 hotels all over the world for the last 40 years. This is the first time I was ever offered a nice snack (cookies) at check-in and, later, had the front desk staff call my room to ask if everything was okay. Wow! That is superior customer service!

Very nice staff. Hotel was very clean, including the pool area. Was able
to get 20% off the already low price of the room by going to bloomington-
coupons.com and getting the coupon. This coupon was additional to the
price received thru letsbookhotel.com. Close to the Mall of America and hotel

Kids loved the indoor waterpark at the radisson. -
With all the hotel choices in the area, I did not want to pick a bad one for the family. We stayed several days and left very happy. Shuttles were on time and quick to and from the mall. Hotel was quiet and clean. Price for the room was lower than average. Will gladly stay again next year.

The front desk was extremely helpful with us on our arrival I found the room with too much perfume fragrance which may have been another room near us and they found us a better room with no fragrances heavy in the air. A very nice place to stay and not far from the Mayo.

does a fantastic job of catering to everyone's needs in the
breakfast room and does so with great attitude!! The front desk staff

When we booked the hotel room, we stated that our elderly mother was with us and we wanted a room close to the door without any steps. They gave us a room on the first floor with a great shower that could be used by our mother. It was a clean room, staff was great. We would definitely stay there again and recommend this hotel to anyone.

The staff was very helpful and courteous. Easy to engage in
conversation. Nice comfy beds and clean. Any thing extra a person might
need was provided. Would like to see grip bars in the bathtub and just

The clerk at the desk when we got there was not helpful at all and
almost rude. They hadn't received notice of our booking from
letsbookhotel.com and I didn't have confirmation sheet with me. Clerk was
not helpful at all and didn't seem to care about getting it
straightened out.

The staff was very friendly and very kind to a family with two boys ages 4 and 6. The room was neat and clean. It was a good room for what we wanted. We didn't want a pool or anything fancy, just a place to sleep for the night. -

The room was clean and roomy. The staff was very friendly and personable. The hotel's location is very convenient and close to the Interstate, easy to find. Last but not least, the location of my room was great being at the end of the hallway with no guests across the hall or on one side. -

We were chatting with our shuttle driver about the snow they had got while we were away, and worrying about getting our car out. When we got back to the hotel, he drove through the lot and asked which car was ours. He said he was on all night and needed something to do. It was exactly what I wanted and expected for about 65$. We stayed one
night and rode the shuttle to the airport. It's not the fanciest
modern place but it certainly is perfect if u need a cheap and comfy
place to crash for the night. The shuttles 24/7. Nice! A good thing
if u have a crazy hour flight. Staff was efficient. Room was clean. A
little outdated. But I could care less. Stay here its worth it.
