  One of the Manager's, Miss Gina Clay went above and beyond in making sure I had the assistance I needed while at the hotel. The afternoon High Tea was one of the main reason's I chose the hotel and was not disappointed. Miss Clay did not spare any expense in making it a wonderful afternoon . The server in the dining room even gave me a great recipe since we discovered we both - Just married the weekend before, my wife and I planned a "staycation" mini-honeymoon, checked in late and were immediately upgraded to a magnificent 1 bedroom suite by Khadija at the front desk. It was larger than our apartment at home! We enjoyed a huge soaking tub and a magnificent view of the harbor, along with our own dining room!   The room was very clean and comfortable. They had freshly baked cookies at the front desk. - complimentary breakfast and supper; this was certainly a pleasant surprise.

  The hotel is in a great location, the free Charm City circular passes straight pass the hotel. It is only a 10 minute walk to the harbour front and 5 minute walk to City hall and Lexington Market. Nice am breakfast, not fancy and the room needs some sound proofing material. Staff very pleaseant and accommodating. Central location walking distance to Inner Harbor, free bus 1/2 block away. Easy to get to and use trains as well. We enjoyed our weekend in Baltimore.

  Our daughter lives down the road from this hotel and we take the grandkids there for a staycation. There are quite a few hotels in the area, but we chose this one because it is clean, well appointed and has an indoor pool and a pretty good breakfast bar. - very clean, beds slept well, mattresses had bed bug covers & cont. breakfast.
