This is a nicely decorated hotel with updated facilities and very
comfortable bedding. Well appointed, richly decorated, compact rooms.
The staff are friendly, professional and helpful. The pool and courtyard

What a gem this place was. So lucky to find such an amazing spot for the
money. The rooms are semi luxurious with nice bathrooms, comfy big beds
and a big tv. The lobby is nice with computers you can use for free. The
bar and pool are are great for a relaxing beer. Staff are nice with
particular mention of Ty the barman. His knowledge of local restaurants
and entertainment was brilliant and such a good lad as well. Happy to
help with bookings or info.

Everything..We checked in and was told only a double-double was available when I had prior requested a king. We were there to celebrate our 17th wedding anniversary and Drew who checked us in got very busy searching for other accomodations for us. We ended up in the tower suite with a murphy bed. I had heard those could be uncomfortable,but let me tell you the one in the Marriott, was more comfortable than most king size beds we have stayed in at other hotels. Definitely recommend this hote

The atmosphere was perfect and everything I had expected when I booked the room. The hotel staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. We ran into some issue @ the beginning of our trip and weren't able to rent a car as planned. One of the staff members sat with us for an hour directing us to the best restaurants and bars outside of the French quarters. The location was perfect. Just a short block from the street cars. Since we didn't have a vehicle it was very convenient.

I liked the fact that the hotel was very well maintained and quiet although it was located very close to the busy section of the French Quarter, which I also liked. I also liked the public parking garage that was very close by and cost much less than the hotel's price of $30 per night for parking on the premises. - Very Quiet and clean. The Decor

Liked the Casino so close and the on call shuttle made it so easy. Had a 2 day layover so it gave us something to do. Restaurant wasn't bad breakfast better than dinner but it was convenient. Would definitely stay again if in the area. -

Manager Nathanial was very helpful over mixup in booking and lack of 2nd
queen bed that should have been in room. Hotel is 2 minute walk (1
block) from famous Bourbon Street in French quarter and 5 minutes from
Mississippi River. -

We stayed for one night on the way to Hattiesburg and not wanting to stay in New Orleans due to price, we drove to Slidell. What a pleasant surprise. We arrived at 1am after 20 hours travel and the staff member on was welcoming. It is modern, clean and the breakfast which is included in the price was great. Not sure if all Best Western are like t

The staff could not have been nicer, it didn't matter what time we came in they were always nice and asked if we needed anything. The rooms were very clean and breakfast was always good and plentiful. Thanks Best Western, I will recommend this facility.

The staff was great. Very helpful in my planning my day. Very friendly and enjoyable to just talk too. They knew great places to eat and see. The hotel is in a good location. Close to the things I wanted to see and transportation. The hotel prices are affordable for people on a budget. I enjoyed my stay. I will be back. -

The bed was very comfortable. The room was nice and clean and breakfast was wonderful. Staff was great that kept our luggage behind the counter while we went to have lunch at Copeland b/c our train didn't leave until 1:30. They didn't have to do that but they did. -

The room was big and well kept. We enjoy the pillows on the bed which were very comfortable as well as our (2) large queen size beds. We had a refrigerator and microwave of which we definitely put to use. My husband enjoyed the pool and I liked the seating setup around it. The staff was very friendly and accomodating. The clerk on duty,Keri, gave us correct and easy to follow directions to where we wanted to get to. The room was cleaner and the bed was more comfortable than a lot of higher priced motels that we have stayed at. There wasn't a high noise level. We enjoyed our stay, short though it was.

The front desk staff was great. Very friendly. The hotel was very clean and up to date. I had a corner room at the end of the hallway which made it very solitude. The room was comfortable, equipped with a refrigerator and microwave. I will definitely stay here again.

Location was excellent, staff very helpful and friendly, good breakfast.
As part of a package that was purchased online we went on a 4 day cruise
and had 2 nights at the Hyatt Regency. The nights at Cotton Exchange
were an add on that we purchased on our own. We preferred the Cotton
Exchange by far. We wouldn't hesitate to come again and recommend it
to our friends. Not so of the Hyatt. We would never go there again. Your
staff is really excellent!
