  The staff is so welcoming and accomodating - honestly - treated everyone the same. We felt like we belonged there - even though we just came down for the night from Denver (to get out of Denver!) on a deal. We were treated like royalty from the minute we checked in. The staff could not have been more helpful and solicitous. The food was excellent the shopping fun and the added treat of the on site movie theatre just made for a truly remarkable stay. Thanks

  We stayed here for our summer wedding. Very helpful concierge, bellman and front desk staff! We were immediately given what felt like special treatment, but I think all of their guests are treated like royalty. Beautiful room and view of Aspen Mountain. Even though it is located in a more quiet area next to the mountain, we still were able to walk everywhere. Privacy, view - It is a wonderful place to stay in Aspen. We were there one night and wish we could have stayed longer. We travelled with another couple and it was convenient for us to all stay in this spacious condo. We had an upgrade on our reservation and enjoyed the furnishings, art work and well stocked kitchen. The beds wee comfy with very nice linens.
