  We had a corner king room in this 21st century hotel with a breathtaking view of the mountains. The interior design of the entire hotel is delightful. Sleek. And wow, the fire place in the lobby is stunning. - Great hotel, if you're looking for newer hotel contemporary style. Very clean awesome place to stay!! I will be back !!

  Merchants in village treated us great. Staff is excellent and very friendly. Went out of way to accommodate us showing up a day early (my mistake), with a full hotel. - Good location but that's about it.

  The staff was awesome. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. The front desk were the most inviting people ive ever met at a hotel. The valet people were extremely friendly, helpful, knowledgable of the area, directions and activities. Couldn't have found a better group of employees! Thanks to letsbookhotel.com and the sheraton for a fantastic four - The staff was extremely prompt and courteous with our requests and always followed up to make sure a good job was done. The location was fantastic. It was extremely cold when we were there and the 16th St. Mall shuttle, being right outside the front door, made a great way to get to where we were going.

  The hotel is very comfortable and the rooms are well finished. The hotel is well-located in town, near all the shops and amenities in Manitou Springs. We stayed in a studio and found it to have everything we needed and plenty of space. I didn't try out the heated toilet seat though. Dinner in the hotel restaurant is to be recommended. It is a bit expensive with add on charges (just tell me the price and don't hand me a bunch of service fees that are nothing more than a higher price for the room disguised as tips for the staff-I am pretty sure the staff never see a penny of the service fees). This hotel is really clean, quiet, has an excellent staff and an excellent restaurant(s).

  We were staying in Telluride for the bluegrass festival. A bluegrass band was playing in the hotel foyer every morning and early evening which set the atmosphere well. The hotel was about 20 minutes' walk from the festival grounds in a quiet location, but close to all the shops/bars.   Vintage feel. Well maintained. Super friendly staff. Comfortable bed. Nice bathroom. The rugs in the elevators changed everyday to tell you what day it is (good when you're on vacation!). Cruise Room Art Deco martini bar. Proximity to 16th Street Mall, LoDo and Larimer Square. They were very friendly and they let me know that I was appreciated for being there. The rooms and the hotel had modern conveniences but retained the charm of years past. This is the best hotel I have ever stayed at. When I return to Denver I will stay at the Oxford.
